An award-winning international speaking coach, who travels the world at the forefront of the I Am The Queen Bee Movement, helping others to ‘show up, wise up and rise up’, former serial self-saboteur, Dani Wallace has become a leading voice in empowerment and has quickly become one of the most exciting motivational speakers to hit the UK stages. She founded and is the producer of The Big Festoon, the fastest–growing, actively inclusive, joyful business and personal development event for entrepreneurs and change-makers. https://www.thebigfestoon.co.uk/
Having grown up on the council estates of Preston, Dani has survived the adversity of domestic violence, homelessness and single parenthood to become a leading voice in empowerment and now has made it her absolute mission to encourage others to overcome their challenges too.
Even from a young age she was determined she was going to be a cycle breaker – to break the chains of generational trauma, so life for her kids would be different. She said: “It took me a while to find the strength and to give myself the right tools to enable me to do this – but doing it I am.”

“When I became a public speaking coach my driver was to give people voices who hadn’t had voices. As a speaker on a mission to get my message heard I built my own stage, and now I wanted to extend an invite to others to get up there and shout loudly about what they care about. I was really tired of sub-par business events that only featured male speakers who only went surface-deep on the topics they were covering and were often mind-numbingly dull. I was tired of seeing the speaking arena not reflecting the richness of the world; not seeing a space where people from all backgrounds and all communities could come together, learn, feel inspired and feel the joy that happens when you link arms safely in a space that’s accommodating for you. I embraced diversity and inclusivity from the start, and have only got stronger in my commitment to being a vehicle for this, so my annual event – The BIG Festoon is now the fastest–growing, actively inclusive, joyful business and personal development event for entrepreneurs and change-makers based in the UK.”
Dani is also just about to release a documentary about ‘The Festoon Effect’ – and her path to a 10K delegate stadium event that brings together and celebrates people of all cultures, genders and backgrounds -to show the beauty of what happens when we collaborate as allies.
She believes “people can only see what’s possible for themselves when they can see what’s possible for themselves” and adds “That’s what me and my team are doing with The BIG Festoon. We’re inspiring people to use their voices and be part of a conversation that transcends across various demographics and generations to really hammer home that we all do well when we all do well and that success is safe for all. I am going global with this, taking The Big Festoon to America and we are raising investment to help fast-track our growth. This is needed for the business community and I’m excited to be the one leading the charge!”
