Are you exhausted from the constant cycle of strict dieting and uncontrollable binge eating, desperately asking yourself, ‘Why can’t I just eat normally?
Having experienced this first hand, I know just how absolutely isolating and stressful it can be, to feel powerless; as though your life and mind are dictated by food.
You are far from alone. An uncountable number of women fall slave to fad diets and point based slimming clubs in their younger years, only to find themselves later in life, internally obsessing about food and facing episodes of secret binge eating or using food as a form of stress relief or escapism from difficult emotions.
Most women I begin working with, will incorrectly put these habits and behaviours down to ’greed’ or a lack of ‘willpower’ whilst simultaneously trying to fix the problem with heavier rules and restrictions which only exacerbates the problem and gives more of their power away to the never-ending binge eating cycle.
The real reason you keep losing control around food actually has zero link to any personality flaw and is in fact a very normal biological response to long periods of dieting/ restriction, which overtime your brain learns as both habit AND a way to numb and avoid uncomfortable feelings and emotions.
My name is Tasha and it is as a result of my own journey with disordered eating, that I now help women every single day to break free from their own battles with food and achieve long term health, happiness and peaceful weight management with my intensive 1:1 coaching program: ‘’Overcoming Binge Eating’’ which targets the issue from every possible angle.
The 12 modules covered on the program, break the process down into simple, step- by step chunks, allowing you to heal your relationship with food on a Biological, Mental, Emotional, Behavioural and Spiritual level (NO MORE sticking quick fix diets over the issue)
This ‘multi level healing method’ is in fact the only way to completely and permanently overcome binge eating by targeting it at the root so that every day doesn’t feel like a war between you and your fridge.
How do I know when a client has fully overcome their binge eating
battles?
Because they tell me ‘’I simply don’t feel that I want or need to do
that anymore’’
I know at this point, my work is done.
