While Gabriela juggles several roles within The Cork Wine Bar, from organising staff and keeping the accounts up to date, she also ensures the highest quality of food, drinks and service.

Gabriela is already planning a fresh look for The Cork Wine Bar this year, with a new refurbishment planned in the coming months. The impressive plans for a new seating area and updated décor will complement the trendy exposed brick walls and long contemporary bar area. 

This venue is the perfect setting for both enjoying a delicious meal out with our extensive pizza menu, burgers, salads, mouthwatering pasta dishes a wide range of wines and beers to complement, or simply enjoying a drink, as the bar area is large enough for chatting and socialising. Outside, The Cork Wine Bar features a terrace area, perfect for those warm Al Fresco evenings. In addition, you can expect live music every Friday evening when the venue is not booked privately, and Gabriela and Ricardo put on a themed party every three months. 

Speaking of private bookings, the venue is ideal for private events from birthday parties, wedding receptions, baby showers and christenings, and offers three different options on the menu for buffets. 

Additionally, breakfast at The Cork Wine Bar is by far the best in Ormskirk, with options from a full English breakfast to delicious Eggs Royal with salmon or Eggs Florentine. 

During the festive period, The Cork Wine Bar transformed into a Christmas spectacular with dazzling decorations perfect for those photo opportunities for Christmas parties with friends, family and work colleagues.
